下半年商務(wù)英語BEC初級(jí)寫作復(fù)習(xí)講義

準(zhǔn)備——深思熟慮
準(zhǔn)備工作可以采用多種形式。 具體講， 一般需要對(duì)以下幾方面有明確的認(rèn)識(shí)：
1. 作者的角色
一般來說，首先要判定交際雙方的等級(jí)關(guān)系和親疏關(guān)系，然后即可確定交際走向是否應(yīng)為上行文、下行文或平行文。劃分出這個(gè)界限，才能做到語言準(zhǔn)確得體。
2. 讀者的角色
讀者信息包括：
-身份(決定語氣)
-專業(yè)水平(決定用詞)
-人數(shù)
-主次
3. 預(yù)期的目的
效率是第一位的，因此最好開門見山，切中主題;文字應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)潔明了。
起稿——條理分明
在寫的過程中，我們需要完成如下幾項(xiàng)任務(wù)：
1. 確定篇幅
一般分為開頭、主體、結(jié)尾三部分。
讀者視角：迅速捕捉頭尾信息。
2. 組織布局
商務(wù)文章注重邏輯性，結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，環(huán)環(huán)相扣。
由近至遠(yuǎn)，由淺至深，由輕至重。
3. 區(qū)分類別
在給自己的文章定位時(shí)，以下幾點(diǎn)值得我們注意。

關(guān)于下半年BEC商務(wù)英語初級(jí)沖刺習(xí)題
Mr King works in a shop and drives a car for the manager. He drives carefully and can keep calm in time of danger. And he escaped from several accidents. The manager pays him more and the traffic policemen often speak highly of him.
Mr Baker， one of his friends， works in a factory outside the city. It‘s far from his house and he has to go to work by bus. As the traffic is crowded in the morning， sometimes he’s late for the work. His manager warns the young man that he will be sent away unless he gets to his office on time. He hopes to buy a car， but he hasn‘t enough money. He decides to buy an old one. He went to the flea (跳蚤) market and at last he chose a beautiful but cheap car. He said he wanted to have a trial (試驗(yàn)) drive， the seller agreed. He called Mr King and asked him to help him.
Mr King examined the car at first and then drove it away. It was five in the morning and there were few cars in the street. At first he drove slowly and it worked well. Then he drove fast. And when he reached a crossing， the lights turned red. He tried to stop it， but he failed and nearly hit an old woman who was crossing the street. A policeman told him to stop， but the car went on until it hit a big tree by the road.
“Didn‘t you hear me?” the policeman asked angrily.
“Yes， I did， sir，” said Mr King， “Since it doesn‘t listen to me，can it obey you?”

2. 選A.Mr Baker因?yàn)榻煌〒頂D而經(jīng)常遲到，受到
