邀請客戶參加會議英語口語

[1]你的公司要組織一個會議,需要邀請外面的人來參加,這跟邀請用英文該怎么寫呢?下面就提醒大家?guī)c寫作邀請要注意的事項。
  1.E-mail邀請的寫作注意事項
  在主題行寫清會議名稱、地點和時間,例如:
  Subject:Sales Meeting Beijing 11 July 2007;
  在稱呼后直接點明召開會議的原由,例如:
  We need to finalize the next product launch.
  提出會議召開時間的建議,例如:
  We should have a meeting before the Shanghai fair in July. How about June 21?
  給對方一個選擇時間的機會,例如:
  If the date mentioned isn’t possible for you, please Suggest an alternative in that week.
  2.電話邀請的注意事項
  在打電話之前要充分準備,不僅要交代清楚會議的時間、地點和目的,還要考慮好禮節(jié)性問候和一些寒暄,最好用英語寫下筆記。
  詢問對方是否有意開會,例如:
  Could we schedule a time to meet next week?
  建議會議時間,例如:
  How about sometime after lunch?
  確認開會日期和時間,例如:
  See you on Monday at 7.

  電話里接受或拒絕邀請
  接受會議安排, 例如:
  Sure, no problem. Shall we say Thursday at ten?
  拒絕會議安排,例如:

  談話結(jié)束前再次確認時間,例如:
  Right, so we’ll meet Friday at ten, then, at your office.
  通過郵件接受或拒絕邀請
  不管您對此會議拒絕還是接受,都應在開頭表示謝意,例如:

  表示需要考慮,例如:Let us focus our attention on…
  舉例用語,例如:
  Here, I am just showing you a few examples of …
  展示膠片用語,例如:
  Allow us, then, at this point to present some slides.
  讀報告的開場用語,例如:
  My paper is a literature review.
  提問用語,例如:
  My I ask a question? This is an extremely difficult question to answer.
  如果是與客戶開會,可以說:
  OK, if you like, we can start now.
  如果是國際性會議,可以說:
  Since the majority of the required number is present, the meeting is formally declared to be convened.
  點明會議目的,可以說:
  The purpose of this plenary session is to make a general review of our activities during this past year, and to propose new plans for activities during the coming year.
  介紹會議時間安排,可以說:
  We’ve scheduled one and a half hours for the meeting.

  表示同意,例如:
  會議到了尾聲,主持人或是領導者就該發(fā)表總結(jié)了。下面是一些總結(jié)時常用到的句型,供您參考。

  The opinions presented so far may be summarized as
  follows:…
  目前為止,意見小結(jié)如下:
  In conclusion, ladies and gentlemen, I would point out that,
