　　A: I’ve been waiting here in the conference room for ten minutes already. What time dose our meeting start? Where is everyone anyway?A:我在會議室已經(jīng)等了10分鐘了.會議什么時候開始?其他人都在哪兒?

　　B: Didn't you hear about that? Our meeting was postponed until Friday. B:你沒聽說嗎?會議推到周五了.

　　A: What? The meeting was postponed? No one told me anything about it. A:什么?會議推遲了?沒有人告訴我啊.

　　B: Did you get the memo?B:你沒有看到備忘錄嗎?

　　A: What memo? There haven't been any memos this whole week, I check my in-box every day, and I haven't seen anything. A:什么樣的備忘錄?整個這一周我也沒見過什么備忘錄。每天我都查看收文藍，什么也沒看見。

　　B: The memo ___①___ 3 days ago. It should have made it to your in-box, but maybe it __②__ in all the clutter on your desk. B:備忘錄是3天前發(fā)出去的，應(yīng)該放進你的收文藍了，但也可能夾在你辦公桌上那堆亂七八糟的東西里面。

　　A: I'm usually too busy to take a bunch of coffee breaks and the gossip by the water cooler, Anyway, I'm sure the memo never got to my in-box. I'll have to talk to our secretary about it. A:我總是忙的顧不上喝咖啡休息一下，或是水冷卻器旁跟人閑聊。不管怎樣，我肯定我的收文藍里沒有備忘錄。我要去找秘書談?wù)劇?/p>

　　B. That's right, You never know what you’re missing out on if you don't read the memos. B:好吧。如果不讀這些備忘錄的話，你永遠也不會知道自己還遺漏了什么信.
