在這21天里，建議大家以這樣的模式進(jìn)行：專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練+真題/模擬題實(shí)戰(zhàn)+錯題筆記，總結(jié)自己的應(yīng)試技巧，時間分配如下：
前兩周(第1天—第14天)：強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練
周一至周五：專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練。主要是練習(xí)閱讀，聽力，注意要嚴(yán)格按照考試時間和考試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來，每次做完對照答案之后要總結(jié)，自己是怎么做錯了，是不是老在一個地方犯錯，比如做聽力的時候數(shù)字老是聽錯，那么這個時候你就要找時間去專門聽一些數(shù)字;
如果今天沒做聽力專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練，那么你就要找時間聽點(diǎn)聽力了(BBC經(jīng)濟(jì)新聞就很適合用來練習(xí))，可以不做題，主要是讓耳朵不會生疏;
寫作的話，因?yàn)槎加泄潭ǖ母袷胶湍０�，所以可以三天練一次，每次練�?xí)兩篇，這兩篇一定是不同種的，比如今天練習(xí)寫圖標(biāo)描述和note，下次練習(xí)report和email，這樣交叉練習(xí)，把格式都弄熟，平時積累的一些詞語能用都盡量用上。
口語的練習(xí)可以很靈活，因?yàn)橹灰覀兊淖扉e著的時候我們隨時隨地都可以練習(xí)，所以利用好閑散時間很重要哦，如果有口語搭檔的話最好了，沒有的話就自己跟自己說吧，不要為沒有搭檔而特別煩惱，如果考試時你的搭檔溝通能力很強(qiáng)，那就很好辦了，假如他不愛說話，那么你就得提前想一想到時候怎么引導(dǎo)他，要想一些詢問對方意見的英文說法啊，或是其他的。
周六、周日：真題訓(xùn)練。一天一套真題或模擬題，做題時間盡量與考試時間一樣，早上九點(diǎn)開始，每部分的時間都要嚴(yán)格控制好，這樣比較容易發(fā)現(xiàn)我們在時間分配上的問題，盡早找出應(yīng)對策略。最好能找到一些也考BEC的同學(xué)，大家在一起模擬。其實(shí)模擬最重要的目的是總結(jié)適合自己的答題技巧，很多同學(xué)都說BEC考試時間不夠，所以如何在有限的時間內(nèi)得到更多的分就要靠答題技巧，加入時間不夠，什么題目是我要舍棄的，什么題目我答了就一定能拿分，自己的'優(yōu)劣勢一定要提前分析出來，最后形成自己的應(yīng)試策略。當(dāng)然還有注意總結(jié)錯誤，寫到本子上哦，考試之前拿出來看下，其實(shí)也不只是記錄錯題而已，還可以記一些自己的心得體會，如寫作時要注意時態(tài)一致之類的。
最后一周(第15天—第20天)：實(shí)戰(zhàn)演練+錯題鞏固
集中進(jìn)行真題/模擬題訓(xùn)練，可以每天練習(xí)一次，最后兩次練習(xí)一定一定要嚴(yán)格按照考試時間來做!每次模擬之前都要看一下錯題筆記上的心得，最好把一些重要的摘出來，抄在封皮上，提醒自己要注意的地方。這一周是整理知識體系的時間，對于錯題和真題的利用一定要把握好。
考試前一天(第21天)：
準(zhǔn)備考試用品，熟悉考場，晚上的時候翻看一下錯題筆記，看明天哪些地方是需要注意的，另外就是聽聽力了，最后就是按時睡覺!
