第四:吃
1、進(jìn)餐時(shí),先請客人中長者或地位高的動筷子。
2、夾菜時(shí)每次少一些,離自己遠(yuǎn)的菜就少吃一些。
3、吃飯時(shí)不要出聲音,喝湯也不要有聲音。
4、進(jìn)餐時(shí)不要打嗝,也不要出現(xiàn)其他聲音。如果忍不住了,就要說一聲“真不好意思”之類的話,以示歉意。
5、吃到魚刺、骨頭等異物時(shí),不要往外面吐,也不要往地上扔,要慢慢用手拿到自己的碟子里,或放在緊靠自己的餐桌邊或紙上。
6、要適時(shí)地和左右的人聊幾句,不要光顧著吃飯,也不要貪杯。
7、最好不要在餐桌上剔牙。如果要剔牙時(shí),就要用餐巾或手擋住自己的嘴巴!
第五:敬酒
分為四部
1、主人敬主要的賓客
2、陪客敬主賓
3、主賓回敬
4、陪客們 互敬
第六:離席
當(dāng)酒席結(jié)束,主人帶客人到客廳坐一會,上茶,聊天,直至客人們都走了!
