大學(xué)生的英文簡(jiǎn)歷排版技巧
很多同學(xué)做中文簡(jiǎn)歷已經(jīng)得心應(yīng)手，可遇到英文簡(jiǎn)歷依舊無(wú)從下手。其中有一個(gè)經(jīng)常讓大家頭痛的問(wèn)題便是——「排版」。注意到這些，你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷會(huì)更讓人眼前一亮。
1.標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)一律使用半角。
2.標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格，而標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)與它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。錯(cuò)誤：Hello!I'm Lizhi,English resume is not difficult.Hello !I'm Lizhi ,English resume is not difficult.正確：Hello! I'm Lizhi, English resume is not difficult.
3.將長(zhǎng)串?dāng)?shù)字分開(kāi)寫(xiě)，降低辨識(shí)的`難度
4.書(shū)名、雜志名、電影名、音樂(lè)專(zhuān)輯名、英文中出現(xiàn)的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。錯(cuò)誤：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre.正確：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre.
5.對(duì)于電話(huà)區(qū)號(hào)應(yīng)用不同的符號(hào)區(qū)分。錯(cuò)誤：+86-139-2739-6856
正確：(86) 139 2739 6856 或 (86) 139-2739-6856
6.對(duì)于有序列表，應(yīng)採(cǎi)用「阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 + 英文句點(diǎn) + 半角空格」的方式。錯(cuò)誤：Three words I hate:1.Innovation.2, Leverage.3 Synergy.正確：Three words I hate:1. Innovation.2. Leverage.
3. Synergy.
7.括號(hào)弧線(xiàn)外要留空格，弧線(xiàn)內(nèi)不要。錯(cuò)誤：Byte Press(née Tangcha ) is the best Chinese-language eBook app. Period.
正確：Byte Press (née Tangcha) is the best Chinese-language eBook app. Period.
8.用彎引號(hào)，不要用直引號(hào)。錯(cuò)誤："Bazinga!" 'You are pwned!'
正確：“Bazinga!” ‘You are pwned!’
9.正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號(hào)，en dash (–) 用來(lái)連接年份、時(shí)間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。錯(cuò)誤：Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.正確：Glenn Gould (1932–1982) is probably my one and only hero — the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.
注意：1. 若寫(xiě)作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號(hào)，Word 等文書(shū)處理軟件會(huì)自動(dòng)將其轉(zhuǎn)為 em dash。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫(xiě)作通用的替代法。
2. 破折號(hào)(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣之不同，無(wú)對(duì)錯(cuò)之分。請(qǐng)?jiān)谕环莺?jiǎn)歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
