　　On target/on schedule
　　Means that a project, task, or assignment is proceeding according to pre-determined timelines.
　　按預(yù)定目標(biāo)或按預(yù)定日程
　　一項(xiàng)工程、工作或任務(wù)按照預(yù)先定好的日程表來(lái)實(shí)施。
　　Completion status
　　The amount of measurable work that has been done for a specific project or task. Usually expressed as a percentage.
　　完工狀況
　　就一個(gè)具體項(xiàng)目或一項(xiàng)具體任務(wù)而言，已經(jīng)做完的、可衡量的工程量或任務(wù)量，通常用百分率表示。
　　Milestones
　　Key chronological points that denote/chart important events along the evolution of a project.
　　里程碑
　　項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的標(biāo)志重要標(biāo)志性事件。
　　Delivery date
　　Date when an assignment is expected to be completed.
　　交付日期
　　預(yù)期完成任務(wù)的時(shí)間。
　　Drop-dead date (Deadline)
　　Date beyond which there is absolutely no room for further delay in deliverables.
　　最后期限
　　絕對(duì)不能再推遲的交付時(shí)間。
　　Critical points
　　Points along the evolution of a project that must be completed and delivered before any other project action can proceed.
　　關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)，重要事情
　　在工程的發(fā)展中趕在其他項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行之前，必須完成和交付的事情。
　　Inductive reasoning
　　Inductive reasoning moves from specific details to broader generalizations.Informally, we sometimes call this a "bottom up"approach. Inductive reasoning begins with specific observations and measures of detailed tasks and assignments, which are then categorized and classified into functional activities (e.g. Sales, Marketing) to form general plans and strategies.
　　歸納推理
　　歸納推理是從具體中歸納普遍的規(guī)律。通俗地說(shuō)，我們有時(shí)稱之為“自上而下”的方法。歸納推理始于對(duì)詳細(xì)工作及任務(wù)的具體觀察和衡量，然后將之分類成各種功能性的活動(dòng)（例如：銷 售、市場(chǎng)行銷）從而形成總的規(guī)劃和策略。
　　Deductive reasoning
　　Deductive reasoning works from the more general to the more specific. Sometimes this is informally called a "top-down" approach.
　　演繹推理
　　演繹推理從一般到具體，有時(shí)被稱為“自上而下”的方法。
　　Flowcharting
　　Flowcharting is one method of pictorially representing a procedural (step-by-step) solution to a business problem before you actually start to write the action plan.
　　流程圖

　　MBO
　　Management By Objectives. A methodology that creates quantifiable and measurable expected results at all functional levels in a project.
　　目標(biāo)管理
　　目標(biāo)管理——在項(xiàng)目中，無(wú)論任何職能下均可獲得量化的和可衡量的預(yù)期結(jié)果的一種方法。
