　　求職者可以根據(jù)求職崗位的特點(diǎn)，突出撰寫自己的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)優(yōu)勢和求學(xué)經(jīng)歷。

　　4. 實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，錦上添花

　　實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷是求職信中需要濃墨重彩撰寫的一部分，詳細(xì)寫出自己與該崗位相關(guān)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，會引起HR的'興趣。
