　　What motivates you at work?

　　你工作的動力是什么?

　　I am motivated by constant progress. I find it exciting to implement new ideas and see them through to fruition. I find the most satisfaction in implementing ‘ out of the box’ ideas that ultimately prove their value. I like to be challenged on the job and describe the opportunity to utilize my skills and talents. Quality leadership and culture in the workplace have allowed me to work at my best.

　　我的工作動力來自于不斷的進步。我覺得，可以實現(xiàn)新想法、并取得成就就令人很興奮。最令人滿足的是，可以實現(xiàn)“異想天開”的想法，而這些想法最終會證明他們自己的價值。我喜歡來自工作的挑戰(zhàn)，渴望有機會施展我的技能和才能。這里的領導能力和企業(yè)文化能夠讓我發(fā)揮最好的才能。

　　My motivator is working with what I’ve learned from key job assignments and experiences, and taking corrective actions when necessary. I always want to try new things ask for feedback that leads to improve results. And if my trying turns out to be a success, that will motivate me more.

　　我工作的'動力就是，把我重要任務工作中學到的東西和經(jīng)驗用在現(xiàn)在的工作上。我相信工作時要做出抉擇，將它們套用于特定的情況，并在必要時采取修正措施。我總是希望能夠嘗試新事物，并收到反饋，使結果更好。如果我的努力最終成功了，這就更能夠給我動力。

　　I’ve always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I’m in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my personal satisfaction and for my employer.

　　我的動力總是來自于我的愿望無論在任何職位都要做到最好。我希望在工作上勝出、成功，這既是為了讓我自己也是為了讓老板滿意。

　　I love working with people on a day-to-day basic. Interacting with people is what gets me out of bed every morning. I love the excitement of making a sale and having a new customer on my list.

　　我喜歡每天和人一起工作。和人打交道是我每天清晨起床的動力。我喜歡做銷售，每增加一名新客戶我的很高興。
