英語(yǔ)面試交流的五大秘籍
1、職業(yè)化 Professionalism
要表現(xiàn)的職業(yè)化一點(diǎn)。無(wú)論是自己的衣著還是自己的言行舉止都要職業(yè)化,如果你自己的都不注意自己的形象,那么別人也不會(huì)尊重你。面試的.時(shí)候要多與面試官進(jìn)行肢體語(yǔ)言交流。

2、稱呼 Call
稱呼對(duì)方最好稱呼對(duì)方的姓名,盡量做到記住對(duì)方的名字。

3、適當(dāng)?shù)?Appropriate
如果你表現(xiàn)的太正式那么會(huì)讓面試官覺得很不自在,但是如果你表現(xiàn)的太過(guò)隨意這樣又會(huì)讓面試官覺得你不夠認(rèn)真。左右既要正式但不能太僵硬,表現(xiàn)的要適當(dāng)。
If you are too formal so will make the interviewer feel very uncomfortable, but if you show too casual so they will make the interviewer feel that you are not serious. About both formal but not too stiff, the performance should be appropriate.
4、簡(jiǎn)潔明了 Clear and concise.
在與面試官交談中,要直截了當(dāng)?shù)年U述問(wèn)題的觀點(diǎn),盡量做到簡(jiǎn)潔明了,不要拐彎抹角的。

5、保持安靜 Keep quiet
交流是雙向的事,不要隨意打斷面試官的話,要耐心聽取別人的意見,做到別人說(shuō)話時(shí)不要打岔。做一個(gè)認(rèn)真傾聽的求職者,這樣面試官也會(huì)更樂(lè)意聽你的話。
Communication is a two-way thing, do not arbitrarily interrupted by the interviewer, then, be patient and listen to the views of others, do not interrupt others when they speak. Do a serious job seekers to listen, so the interviewer will be more willing to listen to you.
