英語(yǔ)面試：What do you know about our company
英語(yǔ)面試主要考察兩個(gè)部分：英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力和你做人的特質(zhì)。外企會(huì)有專門的人力資源經(jīng)理和你聊天，會(huì)問(wèn)你關(guān)于人生、經(jīng)歷、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、成功收獲、失敗教訓(xùn)等一系列問(wèn)題。這里和一般的技術(shù)類面試不同，不是考研你的技術(shù)能力，而是考驗(yàn)?zāi)愕恼Z(yǔ)言能力及情商。所以事先要預(yù)測(cè)個(gè)人特質(zhì)、未來(lái)企劃等知識(shí)點(diǎn)，并給出了詳細(xì)的參考答案。

What do you know about our company?
(你應(yīng)事先做一番調(diào)查，選出該公司的兩三個(gè)正面因素，比如近年來(lái)的發(fā)展(growth in recent years)，市場(chǎng)份額的增長(zhǎng)(increasing market share)，突破性創(chuàng)新(innovative breakthroughs)等，然后還可以加上下面這一點(diǎn)：)
Most important, I’ve heard that ___________________ (name of company) offers a challenging work environment that expects a great deal from people and gives them the opportunity to realize their potential. Thats what I look for in an employer—an active, creative environment where I am limited only by my capabilities and where positive results are acknowledged.

1. Answer structure
1. 回答結(jié)構(gòu)
Give 2 C 3 pieces of information you know about the company, which are appeal to customers and candidates.
說(shuō)出2到3條你對(duì)這個(gè)公司的了解。內(nèi)容要是客戶及公司求職者感興趣的。
Give out your skills, abilities, experiences and knowledge which can be suitable and developed.
說(shuō)出自己適應(yīng)公司需要或者潛在的技能，能力，經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí)。
Ask questions about the company, such as advantages compared to the opponent firms; career development opportunity, company’s ability to expand etc.
[cn]對(duì)應(yīng)聘公司提出問(wèn)題。例如與對(duì)手公司相比，該公司有哪些優(yōu)勢(shì);在公司的職業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì);以及公司自身的發(fā)展能力，等等。[/cn]

Some contents you can mention include: products and services, sales compared in the industry, brand, management, history and culture of the company.
你可以提到以下內(nèi)容：公司的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，與同行業(yè)相比銷售情況，企業(yè)品牌、管理、歷史和文化。
Show your knowledge but do not prove that you know everything. Give the information to show your recent learning efforts.
展示自己的知識(shí)，但不要讓別人覺(jué)得自己全部了解。展示自己最新學(xué)習(xí)能力。
Do not give personal comments such as: I think the CEO is well-known for dressing fashionably; or the boss of the company is a powerful person….
不要做過(guò)多個(gè)人主觀性評(píng)論，例如，我認(rèn)為執(zhí)行總裁的穿著很時(shí)尚，或公司的老板是個(gè)很強(qiáng)勢(shì)的人，等。
Include active information about your research; Don’t be passive, for example: The receptionist said that the company is well-known for…
談話內(nèi)容要積極展示自己的研究。不可以消極，例如，接待員說(shuō)本公司以某某方面而著名，等等。
