1、薪資問題
Q：What are your salary expectations? 你期望的薪資是多少？
遇到這種敏感話題，如果不是很確定對方可以給到的范圍，可以先不急著明確回答。相反的，可以再多了解一下關(guān)于公司或應(yīng)聘崗位的信息，然后再做決定，比如：
A：I still have a few questions about my responsibilities.May I first ask you those questions before we discuss money?
關(guān)于工作職責(zé)，我還有幾個(gè)問題。在談薪水之前，我可以先請教一下您嗎？
2、處理上下級關(guān)系
Q：Do you speak up if your point of view differsfrom that of your superiors? 如果和上司的意見不一致，你會(huì)提出來嗎？
哇哦，很多面試者碰到這種問題就開始冒冷汗了，回答“會(huì)提出”會(huì)讓對方覺得你太有主見，不好管理；回答“不提出”會(huì)讓對方覺得你唯唯諾諾，沒有自己的想法。這時(shí)你可以說會(huì)先認(rèn)真思考上司的觀點(diǎn)是否真的可行，然后委婉提出自己的看法。如：
A：Im not a yes person and I dont refrainfrom expressing my opinions,but Im careful about how to express them. 我不是個(gè)唯唯諾諾的人，所以我不會(huì)刻意不發(fā)表意見，但是我會(huì)注意自己的措辭。
I want to make sure I understand their view correctly and how the person came to form that view. 首先我會(huì)確認(rèn)自己是否正確理解了對方的想法，是否了解對方為何會(huì)產(chǎn)生這樣的想法。
And if I still believe my opinion can make a contribution,I present it as a suggestion,not as a disagreement or criticism. 之后，如果仍然認(rèn)為自己的意見能有所貢獻(xiàn)，我會(huì)以建議的方式說明，而不是反對或批評別人的意見。
外企面試技巧
一、忌遲到失約遲到和失約是面試中的大忌。這不但會(huì)表現(xiàn)出 求職 者沒有時(shí)間觀念和責(zé)任感，更會(huì)令面試官覺得求職者對這份工作沒有熱忱，印象分自然大減。守時(shí)不但是美德，更是面試時(shí)必須做到的事。因此，應(yīng)提前10至15分鐘或準(zhǔn)時(shí)到達(dá)。如因有要事遲到或缺席，一定要盡早打電話通知該公司，并預(yù)約另一個(gè)面試時(shí)間。另外，匆匆忙忙到公司，心情還未平靜便要進(jìn)行面試，自然表現(xiàn)也會(huì)大失水準(zhǔn)。
二、忌數(shù)落別人切勿在面試時(shí)當(dāng)著面試官數(shù)落現(xiàn)任或前任雇主和同事的不是。這樣做，不但得不到同情，只會(huì)令人覺得你記仇、不念舊情和不懂得與別人相處，反而更會(huì)招來面試官的反感。
三、忌說謊邀功面試時(shí)說謊，偽造“歷史”，或?qū)⒉粚儆谧约旱墓凇皳?jù)為己有”，后果可大可小。即使現(xiàn)在能瞞天過海，也難保謊言將來有被揭穿的一日。因此，面試時(shí)應(yīng)實(shí)話實(shí)說，雖可揚(yáng)長避短，卻也不能以謊話代替事實(shí)。
四、忌準(zhǔn)備不足無論學(xué)歷如何高，資歷如何好，工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)如何豐富，當(dāng)面試官發(fā)現(xiàn) 求職 者對申請的職位知之不多，甚至連最基本的問題也回答不好，印象分自然大打折扣。面試官不但會(huì)覺得求職者準(zhǔn)備不足，甚至?xí)J(rèn)為他們根本無志于在這方面發(fā)展。面試前應(yīng)做好充分的準(zhǔn)備工作。
五、忌長篇大論雖說面試是推銷自己的時(shí)間，不過，切勿滔滔不絕、喋喋不休，面試官最怕求職者長篇大論，說個(gè)沒完沒了。其實(shí)，回答問題，只須針對問題重點(diǎn)回答。相反，有些求職者十分害羞，不懂得把握機(jī)會(huì)表現(xiàn)自己，無論回答什么問題，答案往往只有一兩句，甚至只回答“是、有、好、可以”等，這也是不可取的。如果性格膽小害羞，則應(yīng)多加練習(xí)，以做到談吐自如。
六、忌語氣詞過多使用太多如“呢、啦、吧”等語氣詞或口頭禪會(huì)把面試官弄得心煩意亂。語氣詞或口頭禪太多會(huì)讓面試管誤以為求職者自信心和準(zhǔn)備不足。
七、忌過多談?wù)撉叭喂ぷ鞑还苣愕那叭喂ぷ髯龅萌绾�，都不要過多談起。一般來說，你只要說明你做過類似的事，有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)即可，不必說工作的成效。如果你做得很好，為什么要離開？如果做得很差，那你個(gè)人的能力肯定有問題，總之不管怎么樣說，都可能會(huì)招來面試官的反感。
八、忌欠缺目標(biāo)面試時(shí)，千萬不要給面試官留下沒有明確事業(yè)目標(biāo)的印象。雖然一些求職者的其它條件不錯(cuò)，但無事業(yè)目標(biāo)就會(huì)缺少主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性，給企業(yè)帶來損失。面試官倒情愿聘用一個(gè)各方面表現(xiàn)雖較遜色，但具有事業(yè)目標(biāo)和熱忱的求職者！
