內(nèi) 容 摘 要
物流園區(qū)是我們現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的新生事物,更是現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)工程中的重要物流結(jié)點(diǎn),其合理規(guī)劃和科學(xué)運(yùn)作對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代物流的.健康發(fā)展有著十分重要的作用。但是這一新生事物在發(fā)展過(guò)程中,在一些地方現(xiàn)在出現(xiàn)了定位不準(zhǔn)、規(guī)劃不明、經(jīng)營(yíng)不善、管理不力，甚至是盲目發(fā)展、重復(fù)建設(shè)的問(wèn)題。究其原因，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很多的物流園區(qū)在規(guī)劃建設(shè)時(shí)沒(méi)有做過(guò)很好的績(jī)效評(píng)估。針對(duì)這個(gè)情況，本文將從系統(tǒng)工程的角度來(lái)分析物流園區(qū)的綜合績(jī)效情況，把影響物流園區(qū)社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和技術(shù)效益的各因素都考慮進(jìn)去，用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)其績(jī)效作一個(gè)綜合評(píng)估，考評(píng)這個(gè)物流園區(qū)存在是否合理。

ABSTRACT
Logistics park is our modern logistics development something new, more modern logistics system is the important logistics nodes, project planning and scientific and rational operation for the healthy development of Chinese modern logistics plays a very important role. But this new things in development and, in some places there positioning, planning and management, management, and even blind development, repetitive construction. Investigate its reason, I found a lot of logistics park in the planning and construction is not done good performance evaluation. In this situation, this paper from the Angle of system engineering analysis of comprehensive logistics park, the performance of logistics park of social benefit, economic benefits and technical efficiency of various factors are taken into consideration, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance evaluation for a comprehensive logistics park, the existence is reasonable.
