花鍵拉刀的CAD及其制造
摘要：花鍵拉刀設(shè)計過程復(fù)雜，幾何參數(shù)多，許多都需要查表和復(fù)雜的計算來確定某1參數(shù)尺寸，把花鍵拉刀設(shè)計中所有表格和計算公式都編成C語言程序，通過簡單的C程序調(diào)用，輸入花鍵拉刀的技術(shù)參數(shù)就可以準確得到其設(shè)計參數(shù)，最后把所有的參數(shù)值綜合打印出數(shù)據(jù)表格，從而簡化了復(fù)雜的花鍵拉刀設(shè)計過程，且達到了設(shè)計的要求。利用C語言程序設(shè)計生成的數(shù)據(jù)表，通過CAD生成花鍵拉刀的工作圖。根據(jù)花鍵拉刀的結(jié)構(gòu)等特點設(shè)計了花鍵拉刀加工工藝規(guī)程。
