基于Pro/E插線板外殼的模具設計
摘 要:本次設計闡述了插線板外殼塑料0件的注射模設計過程,包括型腔數(shù)量和布局的確定、注射機選擇、澆注系統(tǒng)設計、模板及標準件的選用、脫模及抽芯機構的設計、成型0件的設計等,闡述了采用Pro/E進行注塑模具設計的基本流程以及模具各部分結構的設計過程。在成型0件加工方面,制定了0件的加工工藝方案并采用了MasterCAM進行了刀路計算和虛擬仿真加工。

ABSTRACT: This design elaborated the patch cord plank outer covering plastic parts injection mold design process, including the cavity quantity and deciding the arrangement of the cavity, selecting the machine for injection, the feed system design, choosing the molding boards and their standardized parts, design core-pulling outfit and formed accessories and so on, the basically design flow and the process of injection-mold design based on Pro/E was illustrated. In the Manufacture of the Molding Parts, has formulated the components processing craft plan and has adopt MasterCAM to have carried out the knife road secretly scheming against and have supposed to simulate..
