淺談體育舞蹈的價值及推廣

[摘 要]體育舞蹈原稱國際標準舞，是在社交舞的基礎上經(jīng)過制度化、規(guī)范化的整理發(fā)展而成的1種融音樂、舞蹈、造型、表演等多項藝術(shù)為1體的綜合性舞蹈。隨著人們對體育舞蹈認識的提高，人們對它的接受程度就越高，對它的需要程度也就越來越大。很多現(xiàn)代人更需要通過體育舞蹈訓練來提高并塑造自我，培養(yǎng)審美意識，擴大社交圈子。因而，體育舞蹈進入群眾生活，實現(xiàn)其社會化就有著它的可能性與必然性。

Abstract: The sports dance calls the international standard dance originally, pass on the basis of social dance institutionalizedly, standardized arrangement develops but a kind of comprehensive dance combining such multiple arts as the music , dance , model , performing ,etc. together that becomes. To the improvement of dance understanding of sports with people, the higher peoples degree of accepting to it is, the degree of requirements for it is bigger and bigger too. A lot of moderns need to train to improve and mould oneself through the sports dance even more, train aesthetic consciousness, expand the social circle. Therefore sports dance enter masses life , realize it socialize possibility and certainty to have it.
