關(guān)于商務(wù)英語(yǔ)談判技巧的論文
日益增多,越來越多的人開始頻繁地參與到各國(guó)的商務(wù)談判中。所謂商務(wù)談判,其實(shí)質(zhì)上是一種運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)的活動(dòng),它的成功與否在很大程度上依賴于語(yǔ)言的運(yùn)用。因此,本文便以商務(wù)談判的語(yǔ)言為切入點(diǎn),來研究談判中的語(yǔ)言使用情況及其技巧。
首先,本論文從社會(huì)背景出發(fā),說明國(guó)際商務(wù)談判存在的必然趨勢(shì),繼而引發(fā)談判中語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用的重要性。其次,筆者又采用更詳細(xì)的方法對(duì)商務(wù)談判中常用的語(yǔ)言技巧—模糊語(yǔ)、委婉語(yǔ)、得體語(yǔ)等進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析,并以大量的事例作為研究的依據(jù),以期能得到客觀、公正的'研究結(jié)果。
基于對(duì)國(guó)際商務(wù)談判形式及其語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用的分析,從而得出結(jié)論,在商務(wù)談判中立于不敗之地的唯一方法便是恰當(dāng)?shù)、合理地使用語(yǔ)言,而本文所分析的幾種技巧—模糊語(yǔ)、委婉語(yǔ)、得體語(yǔ)等則是成功談判的關(guān)鍵之所在。
Abstract
With the increasingly fierce competition of the international trade, foreign business activities of enterprises in our country are increasing quickly. More and more people begin to participate in frequent business negotiations with other countries. The essence of business negotiation is to carry out the economical activities with language. Based on the language in business negotiations, this paper tries to analyze the usages and skills of language.
Firstly, this paper explains the inexorable trend that the international business negotiations exist from the social background, and then discusses the importance of the language in the negotiation. Secondly, the author adopts more detailed methods to analyze the skill of language-the fuzzy language, euphemism, and the decent language in the negotiation, and takes a lot of examples as the basis of this study in order to get the objective and impartial results.
Finally, the paper holds such an opinion that the only way that can make one in an impregnable position in a negotiation is using the language properly and correctly. So the skills-the fuzzy language, euphemism and the decent language-discussed in this paper are the keys to success in negotiation.
