摘 要:無刷直流電動機 (BLDCM)因為具有良好的性能、控制方便和高的性價比等優(yōu)點,所以一直得到很廣泛的應用。本文介紹了永磁無刷直流電動機速度控制的一種方案,及當前無刷直流電動機控制的.發(fā)展趨勢和常見的新型控制方法。最后采用端電壓過零檢測法和預定位起動方法,實現(xiàn)了基于 TMS320F240 DSP的無位置傳感器永磁無刷直流電動機速度控制。
在系統(tǒng)的硬件設計中,設計了以TMS320F240數字信號處理器為核心處理器的最小系統(tǒng)。同時也設計了信號采集電路,用于測量控制系統(tǒng)所需的三個定子端電壓信號和相電流反饋信號。
在系統(tǒng)的軟件設計中,主要完成了電動機的起動及無傳感器速度閉環(huán)控制兩大功能。用DSP成功實現(xiàn)PWM輸出信號、信號采集及移相控制等功能。

Abstract:The Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) has been widely used for many years because of its excellent performance, easy control and high cost effectiveness.This paper introduces the control of Brushless Permanent Magnet DC Motor ,and introduces the future of the control BLDCM; and some new methods in controlling DC motor. In the end, a complete solution proposal in the paper. It deals with sensor less alternative. To position sensors for speed control in Brushless Permanent Magnet Dc Motor based on TMS320F240,using the back-EMF. Commutation method and the start method by means of rotor pre-setting.
TMS320F240DSP has been designed as the main micro-controller during hardware design. Minimum system. Circuits for signal collection have been given to measure the stator terminal voltage and current value.
When designing the software, the main two functions, startup of the motor and speed closed loop sensor less control are complete. Using DSP, the PWM signal, the measurement of voltage and current signals and phase shifting are successively presented here.
