基于模糊綜合評(píng)判的圖書(shū)館讀者滿意度評(píng)價(jià)
摘 要
本文通過(guò)對(duì)模糊綜合評(píng)判方法的分析，指出它在應(yīng)用上的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足，為獲得更科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果，對(duì)模糊綜合評(píng)判方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)；考慮到目前同類(lèi)研究中沒(méi)有對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行有效檢驗(yàn)，無(wú)法確定評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可信度，本文對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可信度進(jìn)行了討論；最后，利用文中所闡述的方法對(duì)我校圖書(shū)館讀者滿意度進(jìn)行評(píng)判．

The Fuzzy Comprehensive
Evaluation of the Readers’ Satisfaction Degree in library
Abstract
In this paper, we analyse the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and point out its advantages and disadvantages in application, In order to obtain more scientific appraisal result, we make an improvement to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; Considering that similar researches have not been discussed on the effective test to the appraisal result in the present, we can`t determine the confident level in the appraisal result. In this paper, we discuss the reliability of the appraisal result; Finally, we make out the evaluation to our school readers` satisfaction degree.by using the method elaborated before.
