摘要
本文首先介紹了正態(tài)分布，然后闡述了正態(tài)曲線的1些特性，最后從比較評價對象的相對位置、品質(zhì)評定數(shù)量化、判斷教學工作是否到位這3個方面論述了正態(tài)分布理論在教學工作評價中的應(yīng)用.

Normal Distribution and its Application
in Teaching Work Evaluation
ABSTRACT
At first, this article has introduced the normal distribution, then elaborated some characteristics of the normal curve, finally, the author has discussed the application of normal distribution in teaching work evaluation from three aspects, which are comparing the relative position of the evaluation object, turning quality assess to quantity and judging teaching work whether arrives.
