基于績(jī)效治理視角下的民營(yíng)企業(yè)基層團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)
摘要：團(tuán)隊(duì)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要組織形式，建立***高效的企業(yè)基層團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)步績(jī)效至關(guān)重要�，F(xiàn)代民營(yíng)企業(yè)基層團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在效率不高、協(xié)作力度不夠等諸多題目，致使基層團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效不高，企業(yè)治理者往往會(huì)回因于員工缺乏凝聚力，激勵(lì)措施不到位等一些因素，而忽視員工圍繞績(jī)效指揮棒行事這一根源性的題目。本文從基層團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)應(yīng)基于績(jī)效治理這一視角對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)基層團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的題目進(jìn)行了分析和探討，進(jìn)而提出了行之有效的解決方法。關(guān)鍵詞：績(jī)效治理民營(yíng)企業(yè)基層團(tuán)隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)
Abstract:Team has already become an important form of organization system of the enterprises in the modern days.We must establish an harmonious and efficient teams at the basic level if we want to raise our performance.But we may find many problems when we build up primary teams in modern private enterprises,such as inefficient and poor cooperation power.These problems may lead to low performance in the primary teams.The article discuss the problems in establishing the primary teams in private enterprises on the point of performance management.
