中美家庭教育的差異

Abstract
Family education, as the most important part of education, has aroused general concern of most people. American parents encourage children growing freely. They pay much attention to children’s development of non-intelligent part. They also encourage children express their feeling and thought so that it can nurture children’s imaginative and creative ability. Compared with that of America, Chinese home education is still coping with the “exam education” with schools. During the process of children’s growth, Chinese parents take the academic achievement seriously, even as the most important one. This thesis recounts the results, goals, contents, and the parenting styles of America and China. Further more it analyses the reasons why two countries’ home education differ so much, including historical backgrounds, economic forms, and cultural traditions. Through the general comparison of two countries’ family education, the thesis tries to give some suggestions for our country’s family education reform.

摘 要
家庭是人才培養(yǎng)的首要基地,所以家庭教育越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。美國(guó)人強(qiáng)調(diào)孩子的自由發(fā)展。美國(guó)家庭教育重視孩子非智力因素的培養(yǎng)。鼓勵(lì)孩子自由且自然的表達(dá)自己的感情,培養(yǎng)孩子的想象力和創(chuàng)造力。中國(guó)家庭還只是跟學(xué)校配合以應(yīng)付“應(yīng)試教育”。在孩子的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中,家長(zhǎng)最注重孩子的學(xué)習(xí)情況。本文詳細(xì)敘述了中美家庭教育在結(jié)果,目的,內(nèi)容,教育方式等方面的差異,并分析了產(chǎn)生這些差異的原因,包括歷史背景,經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),文化傳統(tǒng)等方面。希望通過(guò)對(duì)兩國(guó)家庭教育所做的1般性的比較,提出幾點(diǎn)關(guān)于我國(guó)家庭教育改革的意見(jiàn)。
