對(duì)英語教學(xué)中的小組活動(dòng)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究

Research on Group Work in English Language Teaching
Abstract
Chinese teachers have applied traditional ways in their teaching, such as teacher-centered ways, examination-oriented ways for a long time, which are harmful for striving students’ learning autonomy. With the promotion of Cooperative Learning Theory, Communicative Approach and Humanism Psychology, group work is a frequently applied method in the English language teaching classroom. However, there are some problems with group work in practice, such as unbalanced participation, students “speaking” rather than “talking” with others, inappropriate of teacher’s role displaying and so on. This thesis describes the characteristics of group work and studies the factors that affect the fulfillment of group work in English language teaching classroom. According to the results of experiments, this thesis will analyze the findings and give some suggestions, which are focused on group work design and the change of teacher’s role through group work.

摘 要
中國教師長期以來運(yùn)用以教師為中心，以考試為目的的傳統(tǒng)的英語教學(xué)方法。這些方法對(duì)提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的自主性極為不利。隨著合作學(xué)習(xí)理論，交際法和人本主義心理學(xué)的興起和推廣，小組活動(dòng)被頻繁地使用在英語課堂教學(xué)中。然而，小組活動(dòng)在運(yùn)用過程中存在1些問題：如參與的不平衡性，學(xué)生自己1味的說而不是與其他人交談和教師角色不恰當(dāng)?shù)陌l(fā)揮作用等。本篇論文將描述小組活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)，尋找影響小組活動(dòng)在英語課堂教學(xué)中產(chǎn)生效果的因素。論文將分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果，并就小組活動(dòng)任務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)和教師在小組活動(dòng)中角色的改變兩方面提供建議。
