摘 要:餐飲服務(wù)是現(xiàn)代飯店不可或缺的經(jīng)營內(nèi)容。飯店餐飲營業(yè)收入是飯店重要利潤來源。飯店餐飲服務(wù)的質(zhì)量水平,在很大程度上反映了飯店的總體質(zhì)量水 平,因此加強飯店餐飲服務(wù)質(zhì)量是10分必要的。本文分析了飯店餐飲服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵、特點以及提高飯店餐飲服務(wù)質(zhì)量的意義。最后著重闡述了提高飯店餐飲服務(wù)質(zhì)量的途徑。

Shallowly discussed how to improve the hotel dining quality of service
Abstract: The dining service is the indispensable management content in the modern hotel and the hotel dining business income is the important origin for hotel’s profit. The hotel dining service quality level, has reflected the hotel overall quality level in the very great degree, therefore it is extremely essential to strengthen the dining quality of service in the hotel. This article has analyzed the connotation of the hotel dining service, the characteristic as well as the significance to enhance the hotel dining service. Finally emphatically elaborated the way how to improve the hotel dining quality of service .
