中式快餐業(yè)發(fā)展策略分析
摘 要:中式快餐有著悠久的歷史,然而中國(guó)的快餐市場(chǎng)卻早已被西式快餐1統(tǒng)天下。中式快餐怎樣在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,成就1番事業(yè)是每1位中式快餐經(jīng)營(yíng)者都在思考的問題,本文分析了中式快餐的優(yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì)、西式快餐的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過借鑒西式快餐的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了解決中式快餐發(fā)展問題的策略:連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng),精心打造、開發(fā)產(chǎn)品,CI策略及顧客忠誠(chéng)度。

The Developing Strategy of Chinese Style Fast Food
Abstract : Our diet culture has a long history known by all over the world, Why does Chinese style fast food develop slowly, How to mould and develop an unassailable position in the competition is the question that every Chinese style fast food operator is thinking. This text formulates Chinese style fast food’s strength and weakness; the valuable experience of western style fast food; and sum us up some revelation through the valuable experience of western style fast food; then, bring up four strategy that how to develop our Chinese style fast food :chain operation; product; corporate identity and faithful degree of customers.
