提高旅游酒店員工素質淺議
摘要:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的競爭是人才的競爭,酒店業(yè)是勞動密集型的.服務性行業(yè),人才的含義更多地體現(xiàn)在酒店業(yè)人員的整體素質上。所以,提高酒店業(yè)的員工素質,可以有效地發(fā)揮每1位的素質優(yōu)勢,最大限度地提高工作績效。文章通過1些相關方面的資料,分析了當前旅游酒店員工素質的現(xiàn)狀,提出了如何提高員工素質的方法與途徑。

Abstract:The modern enterprises competition is talented person. The hotel industry is the labor-intensive form service profession, now talented persons meaning more terrains in the hotel industry personnels overall quality. Therefore, improving the hotel industry staff quality may effectively display each persons quality superiority, and enhances the work achievements maximally. This article has analyzed the present situation of the current traveling enterprise staff quality, and proposed the method and the way to how improve the staff quality through some correlation aspects materials.
