基于“人為本理念”的酒店管理對策初探
 

摘要：目前，以人為本管理已經成為1個非常熱門的話題，各個企業(yè)中的高層人士都在想方設法借助于以人為本管理來提高本企業(yè)的經營績效。酒店業(yè)的特點、任務決定了其必須實施以人為本的管理理念，才能不斷提升酒店的核心競爭力。
