中國(guó)工商銀行上市后面臨的問(wèn)題與發(fā)展對(duì)策
摘 要: 改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)金融業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，特別是銀行業(yè)在改革春風(fēng)的沐浴下迅速蓬勃壯大。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展、金融體制改革的深入，國(guó)際金融行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也愈演愈烈。在這種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)趨勢(shì)下，銀行上市逐漸成為國(guó)際證券市場(chǎng)普遍存在的現(xiàn)象，而日前中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的上市，標(biāo)志著中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)向金融國(guó)際化、1體化邁進(jìn)了1大步。本文首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了中國(guó)工商銀行及其上市的基本情況，緊接著介紹了上市給工行帶來(lái)的積極效益，隨后又詳細(xì)的分析了上市后工商銀行在外部和內(nèi)部存在的各種問(wèn)題，最后針對(duì)上市后工商銀行存在的問(wèn)題和未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向提出了自己的見(jiàn)解和解決對(duì)策。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)銀行上市情況的有關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)，結(jié)合本專(zhuān)業(yè)的基本知識(shí)和課程，對(duì)目前存在的財(cái)會(huì)和財(cái)務(wù)制度問(wèn)題和具體真實(shí)案例進(jìn)行初步研究和探討，并提出嘗試性的解決方案，以鞏固課堂所學(xué)知識(shí)，加深對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)課程的了解，為今后的繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和分析解決問(wèn)題打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

Analysis on the Problems and the Countermeasures of the listing of ICBC
Abstract: Since the reform and opening up，Chinas financial industry has made rapid development，especially in the banking sector reform，which is bathing under the rapid and successful growth．Along with the rapid development of the national economy，in-depth reform of the financial system in the WTO and the acceleration of the pace，International competition in the financial services industry is becoming fiercer and fiercer．In this competitive trend，the commercialized bankｓ＇coming into the international market becomes a widespread phenomenon，moreover，Chinese commercial banks before the listing, marking China＇s stock market to international financial and integration have taken a great step forward. First, this article introduces the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and its basic listing situation. Then it describes the positive benefits of the ICBC’s coming into market, after that, it make a detailed analysis to the external and internal problems which the listing action of ICBC brings about. Finally, I give my views and solutions out on the problems and the future development direction that ICBC is facing with after the listing，.
This paper seeks approval for the studying to the listing of banks, the combination of the basic professional knowledge and the courses of the existing accounting and financial system and specific real cases for a preliminary study and exploration, then I make my own solution．The main purpose is to consolidate my classroom-learning, to enhance my understanding of the professional courses，then to lay a good foundation for my further study，for my analyzing and solving problems．
