摘要:作為當(dāng)今工廠企業(yè)重要的自動化控制設(shè)備之1,可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)已經(jīng)被廣泛的用于現(xiàn)代工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)中,尤其適用于邏輯、順序過程控制。序批式活性污泥法,簡稱SBR法,是1種適用于中、小型的污水處理方法。
本文設(shè)計了1種基于SBR工藝進(jìn)行污水處理的自動控制和微機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。系統(tǒng)的下位機(jī)采用了先進(jìn)的西門子S7-200系列PLC(CPU 224)構(gòu)成污水處理過程的控制核心,并采用STEP7-Micro/WIN V3.2 編程軟件編寫PLC程序。上位機(jī)采用VB6.0作為監(jiān)控界面的編程語言,利用VB的通信控件MSComm向PLC發(fā)送控制字符。
本文首先對SBR污水處理工藝作了1些介紹,然后介紹了PLC控制系統(tǒng)和VB的編程,經(jīng)過調(diào)試達(dá)到了設(shè)計的要求。

Software design and research of the sewage treatment system based on SBR craft
 
ABSTRACT:Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is the most important device for industrial control. It is especially suitable for logic processing control. Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process, SBR for short, is a middle and small scale sewage treatment methods.
This paper discusses a design of an automatic control and monitor system of computer for polluted water processing which uses SBR craft. The main device of the system is S7-200 series PLC(CPU 224)of Siemens Company and we use the software STEP7-Micro/WIN V3.2 to write the PLC program. VB 6.0 is used as the programming language to achieve the surveillance system, and the control characters is sent to PLC with MSComm that is an ActiveX of VB.
    First ,we introduce the SBR sewage treatment craft ,then we describe the control system of PLC ,by debugging the program, it meets the design requires of system.
