基于SBR 工藝污水處理下位機控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
摘要:隨著工業(yè)自動化的普及與發(fā)展,要求有更加先進穩(wěn)定、可靠的監(jiān)控設(shè)備加入到控制系統(tǒng)中,以完成數(shù)據(jù)的`采集以及設(shè)備的安全運行。作為當(dāng)今工廠企業(yè)重要的自動化控制設(shè)備之1,可編程邏輯控制器(PLC)已經(jīng)被廣泛的用于現(xiàn)代工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)中,尤其適用于邏輯、順序過程控制。它正隨著計算機、通訊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù)的進步全面迅速發(fā)展。
序批式活性污泥法,簡稱SBR法,是1種中、小型的污水處理方法。SBR工藝污水處理計算機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的核心是可編程序控制器(PLC)。采用PLC不僅能夠適應(yīng)水處理系統(tǒng)的工藝特點,而且代表了現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。
此監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)分為上位機和下位機設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)的下位機采用了先進的西門子S7-200系列PLC(CPU 224)構(gòu)成污水處理過程的控制核心,使用自由口通信協(xié)議與微機通信。
本文首先對水資源和SBR污水處理工藝作了1些介紹,然后敘述了PLC控制系統(tǒng)和protel 99,討論了調(diào)試過程中出現(xiàn)的問題并提出了解決方案。最后系統(tǒng)達到預(yù)期的要求。

The Lower Position Machine Control System Design of The Craft Sewage Treatment Based on SBR
Abstract: Along with the popularization and the development of industrial automation, In order to complete the data gathering and the safety running of the equipment, more advanced, stable and reliable monitoring equipments are required to join the control system. As one of the important automation control devices in nowadays factories, the programmable logical controller (PLC) has already been used widely in the modern industry control system, especially for the logical, order process control. It is developing rapidly along with the progress of the computer, communication, network and so on. Sequencing Batch Reactor, which is called the SBR law, is a kind of center and small sewage treatment method .The core of SBR craft sewage treatment computer supervisory system is the programmable foreword controller (PLC). Using PLC not only could adapt to the craft characteristic of the water disposal system, but also represents the modern industry developed direction. This supervisory system is divided into the upper position machine and the lower position machine design, the system of the lower position machine uses advanced Simens S7-200 series PLC (CPU 224) to constitute the sewage treatment process the control core, and uses Free mouth correspondence agreement to communicate with the microcomputer.
This paper first has made some introductions to the water resources and the SBR technology for disposing of polluted water , then narrated the PLC control system and protel 99, discussed the issue which in the debugging process appears and proposed the solution.
