摘要：我們從學(xué)校的實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)校有關(guān)新聞發(fā)布事項(xiàng)的1番考察和分析，在學(xué)生對(duì)新聞需求的分析基礎(chǔ)上，確立了新聞發(fā)布系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)功能。并闡述了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和功能設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的分類顯示、最近新聞提示等功能。將新聞發(fā)布系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于學(xué)校的新聞發(fā)布，大大減輕了新聞的更新維護(hù)工作，簡(jiǎn)化到只需要錄入文字，從而使新聞發(fā)布的速度大大縮短，把系統(tǒng)管理人員從繁重的工作中解放出來(lái)。我們利用ASP和SQL Server 2000做1個(gè)新聞發(fā)布系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以Internet為平臺(tái)，前臺(tái)人們可以進(jìn)行新聞瀏覽、新聞查詢并發(fā)表評(píng)論。在后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)，Admin用戶可以管理自己以及普通用戶的信息，進(jìn)行新聞?lì)悇e管理、發(fā)布新聞并有權(quán)管理所有新聞；普通用戶能夠管理自己的信息，發(fā)布新聞并管理自己發(fā)布的新聞。

The News Publishing System of Bond Foreign Language School Based on Web
 
Abstract: After researching the news publishing affairs of Bond Foreign Language School, we set up a news publishing system from the reality of the school and the students demands of news. Moreover, we expound the designs that are about the system structure functions and detailed functions of classified display and latest news hinter. News publishing system is applied to news publishing of school. The results show that the news publishing system can greatly relieve the maintenance work, and simplify updating work. By just keying in the words the work is completed, therefore it has greatly shortened the updating speed of school maintenance people from heavy work. We use ASP and SQL Server 2000 to complete this news publishing system. It regards Internet as platform and it has a lot of functions. Users can skim、inquire news and publish their comment in the onstage system. And in the backstage system, the system manager Admin can take care of all users’ data, and have the authority to publish and manage news and news category. But the ordinaty users only can manage their own information and the news published by their own.

前 言
伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)，網(wǎng)頁(yè)逐漸融入人們的生活�？焖偌皶r(shí)的新聞瀏覽，5彩繽紛的網(wǎng)上信息，使網(wǎng)絡(luò)與人們的生活息息相關(guān)，于是世界上又出現(xiàn)了第3媒體——Internet。它打破了地域限制，真正使信息得以共享，改變了人們的工作和生活方式。制作網(wǎng)頁(yè)是企業(yè)和個(gè)人的宣傳自己的重要手段，同時(shí)也是學(xué)習(xí)者獲取學(xué)習(xí)信息的重要手段。尤其是在教育領(lǐng)域，在素質(zhì)教育與終身教育成為必然的今天，人們對(duì)信息的需求有了更新，更高的要求，而網(wǎng)頁(yè)由于本身所具有的信息量大，傳遞快速，沒(méi)有時(shí)空限制等特點(diǎn)恰好滿足這種要求。所以網(wǎng)頁(yè)也逐漸成為1種新興的教育資源。也正是由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)站的數(shù)據(jù)信息能夠進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)交互，保證網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)性。
隨著Internet的進(jìn)1步發(fā)展,靜態(tài)Web站點(diǎn)的開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù)變得越來(lái)越困難,1方面信息的不斷增加和變化,使站點(diǎn)維護(hù)人員不得不經(jīng)常修改他們的網(wǎng)頁(yè),特別是基于數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的Web站點(diǎn)更是如此，隨著Internet上信息量的增多和交互性的加強(qiáng)使HTML顯得越來(lái)越難以勝任。另1方面靜態(tài)網(wǎng)頁(yè)由于不能與瀏覽者進(jìn)行有效交互,使人們感到越來(lái)越乏味,而不愿意再1次地進(jìn)入同1站點(diǎn)。所以開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)頁(yè)或動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)容成了越來(lái)越多的站點(diǎn)所追求目標(biāo)。所謂動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)容是由每1個(gè)用戶按照自己的需求發(fā)出請(qǐng)求而特殊制作的Web網(wǎng)頁(yè)。
網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展前景無(wú)限，及早與網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)合，與信息時(shí)代同步，與高科技匯合，定會(huì)給社會(huì)各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展注入新鮮的活力。站在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的前夜，我們清晰地聽(tīng)到了網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的宣言：誰(shuí)掌握了網(wǎng)絡(luò)，誰(shuí)就掌握了未來(lái)。
