基于Ｗｅｂ的辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
摘 要:目前，許多企業(yè)公司的辦公方式仍就處在傳統(tǒng)的書面?zhèn)鬟f和口頭通知的局面。隨著計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的辦公方式日漸顯現(xiàn)出效率低，信息傳遞慢，公文查閱不便，辦公方式單1等缺陷。為了改善這1局面，基于Internet的網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生了，它方便快捷的辦公方式使得人們的辦公效率有了明顯的改善。本文就如何開發(fā)1套實用的，安全的，友好的ASP動態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公系統(tǒng)做了詳細的說明。
本文的主要內(nèi)容如下：第1章，簡單介紹了網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)的背景知識；第2章，分析了網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)的特殊性、難點和功能；闡述網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理，并解決實現(xiàn)中的若干技術(shù)問題，如建立數(shù)據(jù)庫，功能模塊設(shè)計，接口設(shè)計等；第3章,實現(xiàn)了用戶注冊、登陸、用戶數(shù)據(jù)采集、個性化頁面動態(tài)生成等程序模塊。第4章，系統(tǒng)測試。

The Design and Realization of OA System Based On Web
Abstract：Nowadays, the working ways of companies and enterprises are still confined to the traditional situation of written delivery and oral information. With the development of the computer technology, the traditional work way fades in appears the efficiency to be low, the speed of information transmission is slow, the archives consult is inconvenient, and so on. There fore, in order to improve such a condition, the Internet office system based on the Internet comes into being. Due to its convenient and speedy way of working, people have the working efficiency improved obviously. How does this article develop a set practical, safe, the friendly ASP dynamic network work system has given the detailed explanation.
The article’s primary content is as follows: The first chapter simply introduces the background knowledge about office automation system on Internet. The second chapter analyses the system’s characteristics, difficulties and function, and describes the system structure and working principle, also explains how to resolve technical problems, such as establishment of database, design of function modules, interfaces` design and so on. The third chapter introduces user’s registration , login, data acquisition, personalized page dynamic production and other program modules, and explains procedure of system test as well. The fourth chapter is the test system test.

前 言
近年來，Internet技術(shù)得到迅速地發(fā)展，已經(jīng)成為計算機產(chǎn)業(yè)的1個技術(shù)熱點，而促使Internet高速發(fā)展的因素之1就是WEB技術(shù)。Web已經(jīng)不再局限于僅僅提供大量的信息服務(wù)，Web技術(shù)的發(fā)展，使得那些具有交互動態(tài)頁面，有條理的數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢，豐富信息內(nèi)容的頁面成為最吸引人的網(wǎng)頁。隨著Internet技術(shù)的發(fā)展，它Web服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為1種操作平臺，為用戶提供強大的服務(wù)，例如網(wǎng)上購物、網(wǎng)上電子商務(wù)、網(wǎng)上辦公等。
隨著企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展,以往企業(yè)紙化的辦公方式已經(jīng)日益顯示出其弊端,采用先進的計算機技術(shù)來解決相關(guān)的辦公問題已經(jīng)迫在眉梢。因此解決之道就是采用先進的計算機和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，不僅將辦公內(nèi)容電子化，而且實現(xiàn)整個辦公過程電子化，從根本上改變了傳統(tǒng)的工作模式。
要實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)上辦公，首先要設(shè)計好用戶登錄接口、辦公接口設(shè)計等。要實現(xiàn)這些設(shè)計本文使用的是ASP(Active Server Pages)動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁技術(shù)。選擇使用ASP技術(shù)，因為它屬于1種“開放技術(shù)框架”，意思是您無須使用微軟的產(chǎn)品就能編寫它的代碼。
服務(wù)網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計離不開與數(shù)據(jù)庫的結(jié)合。有了數(shù)據(jù)庫的支持，可以擴展網(wǎng)頁的功能，可以方便地設(shè)計出交互式頁面，可以構(gòu)造功能強大的后臺管理系統(tǒng)，可以為網(wǎng)站的更新、維護提供極大的方便�？蛻魴C/服務(wù)器體系結(jié)構(gòu)是目前比較流行的計算機運行環(huán)境。該體系逐漸成為共享信息系統(tǒng)的主流�？蛻魴C/服務(wù)器體系結(jié)構(gòu)由兩部分組成：客戶機和服務(wù)器�？蛻魴C/服務(wù)器體系結(jié)構(gòu)把應(yīng)用程序劃分為許多任務(wù)，而這些任務(wù)可以作為單獨的程序來執(zhí)行。該計算環(huán)境將任務(wù)分配給最適合的處理器，客戶機的操作接近于請求點，服務(wù)器操作則接近于管理共享資源。
