經(jīng)濟(jì)緊縮的成因研究
摘 要：近幾年來，在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)生了為期不短的通貨緊縮，抑制了社會的有效需求，影響了企業(yè)的.正常經(jīng)營，且各類價(jià)格全面下跌的同時(shí)，GDP增長仍然比較高，并且實(shí)現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長，這使1些人特別是外國人難以理解，甚至懷疑統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)字是否真實(shí)。本文對上述問題進(jìn)行了深入探討，以1997年至2002年的通貨緊縮為背景,從宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，首先分析經(jīng)濟(jì)緊縮和通貨緊縮的含義以及通貨緊縮的分類和我國當(dāng)前通貨緊縮的態(tài)勢及特點(diǎn)，然后從緊縮性的財(cái)政政策和貨幣政策、有效需求不足、市場供過于求、生產(chǎn)成本的降低這4個(gè)方面詳細(xì)分析經(jīng)濟(jì)緊縮的原因，接著研究了經(jīng)濟(jì)緊縮、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、通貨緊縮3者的關(guān)聯(lián)，并且重點(diǎn)分析了我國1997年至2002年通貨緊縮條件下經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的原因，最后分析了通貨緊縮與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的關(guān)系和經(jīng)濟(jì)緊縮對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成的不利影響，并且從財(cái)政對策、金融對策和分配機(jī)制3個(gè)方面重點(diǎn)分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)緊縮的治理措施，得出了結(jié)論。
