論持久性收入與農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場的拓展
摘要:現(xiàn)階段我國農(nóng)民增收緩慢導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村消費(fèi)需求嚴(yán)重不足,制約著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展。通過米爾頓·弗里德曼的持久性收入假說,把我國農(nóng)民收入劃分為持久性收入和暫時(shí)性收入。增加農(nóng)民持久性收入對(duì)于調(diào)整我國消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距,提高農(nóng)民消費(fèi)信心,改善居民生活水平,以及擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需,拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長都具有10分重要的意義。因此,必須采取優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營,發(fā)展非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè),加快城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)步伐,減輕農(nóng)民負(fù)擔(dān),加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育等措施,切實(shí)增加農(nóng)民持久性收入,開拓農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場。

Discussion the Lasting Income and Rural Consumption Market Development
Abstract: Nowadays the income of farmer in china increases slowly, which cause the shortage of the demand of villages, and restrict the standing, fast, healthy increase of economy. The Milton Friedman in standing revenue hypothesis theory, which make our farmer income set off the standing revenue and the temporary revenue. Increasing the farmer standing revenue, which has many important meanings, such as adjusting our country consumption structure, reducing the gap of city and country residents revenue , raising the farmer consumption confidence, improving the residents live level, extending inside need, and pulling to move the economy growth . So, we must take measures to increase the standing revenue of farmer, and to exploit the consumption market of village. Such as optimizing industry configuration of agriculture, boosting industrialization management of agriculture, developing non-agriculture industry, expediting the march of town construction, easing the farmers’ burden, strengthening the basic education in country.
