我國國有企業(yè)經營者激勵約束機制研究
摘 要:經營者作為特殊的人力資本,在企業(yè)的生產經營活動中起著關鍵作用,實踐證明經營者的能力、素質、工作態(tài)度、價值取向直接影響到企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展,1定程度上決定著企業(yè)的經濟效益。我國國有企業(yè)的改革目標是建立現(xiàn)代化的企業(yè)制度,在這種制度下,所有權和經營權相分離的委托代理關系中,經營者的目標函數(shù)與所有者并不完全相同,因而加強對國有企業(yè)經營者的激勵約束變得尤為重要,通過激勵約束機制所發(fā)揮的作用,保證經營者與企業(yè)利益1致。

Research on Stimulus and Regulating Mechanism of Operators of State-Owned Enterprises
Abstract: The operator took the special human capital, plays the key role in enterprises production management, the practice was proving operators ability, the quality, the work manner, the value orientation directly affect enterprises survival and the development,in the certain degree is deciding enterprises economic efficiency.Our country state-owned enterprises reform goal is establishes modernized the enterprise system, under this kind of system, the request agent which the property rights and the operating right separates relates, operators objective function and owner certainly quite same not less than, thus strengthens the drive restraint mechanism which manages to the state-owned enterprise changes especially importantly, plays the role through the drive restraint mechanism, guaranteed the operator is consistent with the enterprise benefit.
