開放經(jīng)濟條件下中國紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級問題
摘要:開放經(jīng)濟條件下中國紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨勞動力成本和地價上升的內(nèi)部壓力及人民幣升值與貿(mào)易摩擦的外部壓力和世界紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢,產(chǎn)業(yè)升級是必然的選擇。根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論和產(chǎn)品內(nèi)貿(mào)易理論,并借鑒已完成升級的亞洲國家的經(jīng)驗,中國紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級可按照OEM-外包或制造三角-OBM模式進行,升級的關(guān)鍵在于紡織服裝企業(yè)是否具有創(chuàng)造產(chǎn)品差異的能力;同時在升級過程中,對相關(guān)人才的需求將增加。關(guān)鍵詞:紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè);升級;OEM;OBM
Abstract:The paper analyzes the Chinese textile and apparel industry upgrading under open economy. Faced with the domestic pressure, the rise of labor cost and rent,the outer pressure of appreciation of RMB and trade friction, it is a good choice for Chinese textile and apparel industry to upgrade itself. According to industrial organization theory, it is suggested product development and marketing be two upgrading and differentiation creation paths for Chinese enterprises. Feenstra mode implies OEM-offshore sourcing and triangle manufacturing-OBM are 3 upgrading steps with the increased relative demand for skilled workers.
