以和諧發(fā)展觀再議動物福利與中國農產品貿易

摘要：“動物福利”理念的起源，是建立在環(huán)境和諧才能造就人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展前提下，對動物本身也具有的情感與行為的一種關注。但部分發(fā)達國家利用“動物福利”對進口所作的人為限制，極大地影響了我國農產品，尤其是畜產品貿易的發(fā)展。中國應在和諧社會發(fā)展理念下尋求因應之策，關注農業(yè)和農民利益在貿易中的體現(xiàn)，最終促進和諧社會的發(fā)展。 　　關鍵詞：和諧發(fā)展觀；再議動物福利；中國農產品貿易 　　Abstract：With the sustainable development thoughts only harmonious environment can help human being, the origin of the concept “animal welfare” is based on a concentration on the feelings and the behaviors animals themselves have. But some developed countries use animal welfare to restrict import, which greatly affects trade development of our agricultural products, especially of livestock products. In line of the concept of harmonious social development, China should seek for appropriate contermesures, pay close attention to expression of interests of agriculture and farmers in foreign trade, and finnally promote the development of harmonious society. 　　Key words：Concept of Harmonious Development；Review on Animal Welfare；Foreign Trade of China
