我國(guó)汽車逆向物流運(yùn)作模式探討

摘要：在比較汽車逆向物流運(yùn)作模式基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國(guó)汽車逆向物流運(yùn)作現(xiàn)實(shí)情況，從逆向供應(yīng)鏈視角提出了自營(yíng)為主、輔以外包的逆向物流運(yùn)作新模式。這種模式既充分利用了第三方物流服務(wù)商的廣泛服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，又使其對(duì)汽車銷售服務(wù)商起到監(jiān)督作用，改善了汽車制造企業(yè)與最終用戶信息不對(duì)稱的問(wèn)題，具有較好的實(shí)用性。
