摘 要：教師勞動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)以及由此所決定的教師勞動(dòng)的嚴(yán)肅性，必然會(huì)對(duì)教師的素養(yǎng)提出極高的要求。師范英語(yǔ)專業(yè)因其專業(yè)的復(fù)合性，必然對(duì)英語(yǔ)教師素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵有其特殊的詮釋。若要培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)職前教師，就應(yīng)當(dāng)從識(shí)能力，素質(zhì)3方面著手進(jìn)行素養(yǎng)的全面培養(yǎng)。

Abstract: The features of teaching and the solemnity of it must have had very high requirements of the
teachers' accomplishment. Because of the twoness of this specialty, English teaching has its unique
understanding of the teachers' accomplishment. An outstanding future English teacher must be well equipped
with accomplishment of three aspects: knowledge, ability and makings.
