論我國社區(qū)矯正的理論基礎(chǔ)及其定位
摘 要
社區(qū)矯正代表著罪犯處遇的'未來走向，它之所以能夠被世界各國普遍接受和采納，是因為其背后包含了若干深層合理的基礎(chǔ)理論，蘊含著人道和效益的價值理念，然而我國社區(qū)矯正的總體發(fā)展水平還比較低，對社區(qū)矯正的定位也存在爭論。因此應(yīng)當構(gòu)建完備的立法，以促進社區(qū)矯正在我國的發(fā)展。

Abstract
Community-based corrections stand for future trend of prisoners undergoing reformation. The community-based correction was accepted and adopted by the every country in modern society because its underlying theories and its humanistic and efficient values. But the overall development level of present community-based corrections in our country is relatively lower. Also call in question for the definition of community-based corrections. Therefore, complete legislation and perfect execution system should be constructed so as to promote the development of community-based corrections in our county.
