Warranty Claims
索取質(zhì)量保證的程序
To claim under this warranty, the customer must notify any authorized MCG agent or representative in China (or directly to MCG International Headquarters) with the following information:
在保質(zhì)期內(nèi),用戶(hù)通知任何MCG的授權(quán)代理商或中國(guó)代表（或直接與MCG公司的國(guó)際部聯(lián)系），提供下列文件：
1）Name of buyer 買(mǎi)方的名稱(chēng)
2）Proof of purchase 購(gòu)物憑證
3）Short statement of the problem 簡(jiǎn)要的故障說(shuō)明
Upon receipt of the above, MCG will replace the unit immediately without charge.
在收到上述文件后，MCG將立即無(wú)償更換被損的電涌防護(hù)器。
