What pressures did you have in your internship and how did you manage them?
In my internship, most pressure comes from how to get used to the new environment very quickly. Everyone in the team was very busy and I did’t know to get help on the questions I got. At first I felt very stressed, however one of the team members told me that I can bother them during lunch or break time to seek their help. Then I wrote down every point of learning and question I got in the work. Then during lunch time, I approached the team member and my line manager for more details and better ways to solve the problems. I felt gratitude to my team members and grew very quickly. I thank to my team members. And also I am proud of myself just as the saying goes, “Where there is a will, there is a way.”
