太古地產(chǎn)2013校園招聘太古地產(chǎn)(中國)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)人才計(jì)劃,是為中國內(nèi)地各大院校優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生度身制定的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。在2年的培訓(xùn)過程中,通過完善的崗位培訓(xùn)、個(gè)人能力的開發(fā)、以及在專業(yè)領(lǐng)域中學(xué)習(xí)不同工作內(nèi)容,讓同學(xué)們在專業(yè)、務(wù)實(shí)的工作環(huán)境里學(xué)習(xí)廣泛的專業(yè)知識(shí)并樹立自信心,為在太古地產(chǎn)建立長遠(yuǎn)事業(yè)打下優(yōu)良的基礎(chǔ)。

2013太古地產(chǎn)(中國)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)人才計(jì)劃招聘內(nèi)容
1.商業(yè)地產(chǎn)人才計(jì)劃包括兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目- 物業(yè)工程計(jì)劃和物業(yè)營運(yùn)及市場計(jì)劃
2.北京及廣州兩地同時(shí)招聘優(yōu)秀人才加入物業(yè)工程計(jì)劃和物業(yè)營運(yùn)及市場計(jì)劃
3.大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,不限城市、不限學(xué)校。
4.專業(yè)要求
a)物業(yè)工程計(jì)劃專業(yè)要求-機(jī)電或土建相關(guān)專業(yè)
b)物業(yè)營運(yùn)及市場計(jì)劃不限專業(yè)
5.畢業(yè)時(shí)間在2011年至2013年7月之間,且截至2012年12月底全職工作時(shí)間不超過2年;
6.申請北京職位的同學(xué),需在北京工作并長期發(fā)展。
7.申請廣州職位的同學(xué),需在廣州工作并長期發(fā)展。

1、Group Staff Programm
Application Requirements
Successful applicants must:
Have PRC citizenship or Right of Abode in Hong Kong*;
Hold a recognised university degree in any discipline;
Possess an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with a credit or above in either HKCEE English (Grade 4), CET Level 6 or TEM Level 4, or an equivalent standard;
Not have worked in a full-time capacity for more than three years;
Be willing to be relocated to Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and other countries for long- or short-term assignments.
* Note: The Group Staff Management Trainee Programme is only for candidates with citizenship in the PRC or Right of Abode in Hong Kong, or overseas nationals who are eligible for employment in Hong Kong under the revised immigration policy.
2、 House Staff Programme
Applications must be made using our online application form. Applications submitted via other means will not be considered.
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation receipt with an application I.D. number. Successful applicants will be notified regarding the next stage in the recruitment process.

The Swire Leadership Development Curriculum is designed to support management trainees and managers throughout their careers. For every individual en route to an executive level role, there are, in principle, four leadership career levels that they have to pass through: Individual Contributor, Team Leader, Operational Leader and Strategic Leader. A transition from one level to the next involves significant changes in job complexity and responsibility. The Swire Leadership Development Curriculum is designed to ensure our people develop the capabilities needed to perform and progress.
We regularly enrol our managers in business management and executive programmes designed for Swire at noted international institutions such as INSEAD. We also provide opportunities for our high potential senior managers to attend executive programmes at Stanford University and other reputable international education institutions.
It is important that every individual is equipped with the attributes needed to succeed at various levels. To this end, detailed assessments will be made upon entering each level, gauging a candidate's readiness and identifying any capability or development gaps.
The curriculum ensures that individuals can achieve their development goals at each level. As executives become more experienced, so the training becomes more customised to their requirements.

見習(xí)建筑測量師培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃(2年);

太古酒店管理見習(xí)生計(jì)劃^ (2 年)

參與計(jì)劃的見習(xí)生將獲安排到不同的崗位實(shí)習(xí),并參與香港境內(nèi)外的發(fā)展項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作,累積多方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。除了鼓勵(lì)見習(xí)生報(bào)讀相關(guān)專業(yè)資格的課程,我們更在計(jì)劃期間安排導(dǎo)師及上級管理人員提供在職培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo),讓見習(xí)生發(fā)展個(gè)人潛能。
我們將錄用表現(xiàn)出眾的見習(xí)生,提供多元化的工作機(jī)會(huì)讓他們發(fā)展事業(yè),實(shí)踐終身學(xué)習(xí)的目標(biāo)。
計(jì)劃以特別設(shè)計(jì)的單元形式進(jìn)行,務(wù)求令見習(xí)生獲得不同的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。為確保達(dá)致學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),見習(xí)生須持續(xù)接受評估,并在每個(gè)單元完結(jié)時(shí)與管理層匯報(bào)及分享所得。導(dǎo)師或上司會(huì)建議見習(xí)生進(jìn)行持續(xù)的專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)。除此之外,我們亦會(huì)為見習(xí)生提供客戶服務(wù)技巧、商務(wù)禮儀、人際關(guān)系技巧等個(gè)人培訓(xùn)。
我們一般於每年9月至10月開始招募,而太古酒店管理見習(xí)生計(jì)劃的招募活動(dòng)則於每年2月至3月進(jìn)行。
