應屆畢業(yè)生培訓:
Phase 1: Centralized Training/第一階段: 集中培訓
Purpose ofthis phase is to give graduates basic information to understand theorganization and equip them with basic working skills in Nielsen
這一階段的目的是為了幫助新進畢業(yè)生學習關(guān)于公司的基本信息,了解公司的結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務,以及學會工作必須的基本知識和技巧。
Phase 2: On-Job Practice/ TechnicalTraining/第二階段: 工作實踐/技術(shù)培訓
Purpose ofthis phase is to equip graduates with the necessary technical skills they needto perform their daily job and give them a chance to practice what they learnedin actual projects.
此階段的目的是為了讓新進畢業(yè)生有機會學習并練習日常工作中需要用到的所有基本技術(shù)知識和技巧,并將所有的內(nèi)容運用在實際項目中。
Phase 3: Graduation Assessment/第三階段: 畢業(yè)測試
Purpose ofthis phase is to ensure that all previous investments to the graduates haveresulted in satisfying skills improvements and build a milestone in theircareer in Nielsen that they have become a qualified employee in the team.
這一最后階段是為了保證所有之前的投入最終的確讓所有的畢業(yè)生在技巧和能力方面有所提升,同時這也將成為你在尼爾森的一個職業(yè)里程碑,標志著你已經(jīng)成為一名合格的公司員工。
