Job Responsibility:

After initial on boarding program, successful candidates will either be assigned to a front line sales representative role or front line field Engineering support role:

For sales representative role:

- Develop business plans to meet established objectives, and implement the sales processes

- Lead and direct distributors' sales force in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives

- Steward business relationships with key customers, channels and distributors

- Effectively allocate and manage company resources and assets assigned to support the implementation of the sales plan

- In conjunction with Customer Services and the Distributor Business Development group, manage credit performance of direct customers

- Handle customer's complaint on product quality and application

- Develop technical presentation materials and conduct training to new technical and sales employees, customers and distributors on product knowledge, applications and programs

- Direct and coordinate all engineering activities for the assigned territory.

- Bachelor or Master degree holders in mechanical, engineering, or equivalent

(1)Position Title: Research Technician LOCATION:

Primary Responsibilities:

- In compliance with assigned work order, to operate equipment in the process halls for product demonstration and / or equipment in the laboratories for product analysis for data generation

- Record all data accurately and in compliance with relevant management systems including OIMS and DIAF

- Carry out daily operations checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure high degree of operability and reliability

- Responsible for ensuring that the Operating & Maintenance Procedures for the equipment assigned to him / her are kept current and accurately represents the conditions under which the equipment operates. If not, he / she should initiate the appropriate management of change to enable the procedure to be revised, reviewed and approved in a timely manner

Primary Activities:

-Abide with all safety, security and Controls procedures and practices to ensure site security and Controls, personal safety and safety of co-workers and visitors

-Operate equipment in accordance with prescribed operating procedures and protocols in a safe and environmentally sound manner

-Carry out operations checks on equipment to ensure equipment consistently has high level of operational reliability. Report if equipment reliability, accuracy or calibration is suspect

-Review and propose update of operational procedures as needed

-Provide accurate data to Technology ATD engineers relevant to the task at hand

-Comply with all OIMS systems including issuing of work permits under OIMS 6.2 Work Permit

-Under the guidance of the Laboratory Supervisor, work in partnership with Technology - ATD engineers / equipment owners to develop and implement testing programs

Bank Accountant / Analyst

o Ensure that all Network Bank interfaces are recorded in the financial systems and that the bank accounts are reconciled in a timely manner, including the upload of bank statements for non-Network banks

o Investigate and follow-up reconciling items with end users in various departments and countries to ensure prompt clearance of outstanding items

Intercompany Accountant / Analyst

○ Ensure that all accounting aspects of intercompany transactions are properly and timely recorded as per accounting standards managing the different system operated for the intercompany process, including review of interface reports and follow up on exceptions

○ Prepare and analyze account reconciliations for assigned accounts for ExxonMobil accounting

Fixed Assets Accountant / Analyst
