Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Will have three 8 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China.

Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.

Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario.

Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard.

Will travel within and across the region.

Qualifications/Requirements

2012 fresh bachelor/master graduates with major in Medical science, Engineering, Biomedical engineering, and commercial.

Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure.

Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.

Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential.

Fluent in English.

主要職責(zé):

調(diào)試設(shè)備、安裝監(jiān)督、維護(hù)公司電力設(shè)備（驅(qū)動器、變壓器）和金屬、風(fēng)力自動控制系統(tǒng)，能夠解決客戶在使用我公司設(shè)備時(shí)所遇到的問題。

現(xiàn)場系統(tǒng)操作、維護(hù)訓(xùn)練和高級應(yīng)用程序的。能夠?yàn)樨瀼貏趧?wù)合同而提供些幫助。

對客戶有關(guān)技術(shù)方面的疑問作出回答。

經(jīng)常性訪問顧客，促進(jìn)售后服務(wù)，發(fā)展和維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系。

工作資格要求：

對電動機(jī)和電力電子技術(shù)知識的熟練掌握，能夠熟練操作自動控制系統(tǒng)。

愿意到國內(nèi)外出差，甚至是一接到通知就要出發(fā)的緊急出差。

有高度的主動性和積極性，有良好的溝通技能。

能比較流利地用英語溝通（包括口語和書寫）。

能夠并愿意獨(dú)立工作，在最少的監(jiān)督下完成多樣的工作。

證明自己有高度的專業(yè)道德和誠實(shí)品質(zhì)。

學(xué)歷、培訓(xùn)、經(jīng)歷：

擁有電力學(xué)或自動化的學(xué)士、碩士學(xué)位。

有金屬、風(fēng)力、起重、 應(yīng)用知識背景的優(yōu)先考慮。

Primary Responsibilities:

As Commercial Trainee you will be offered several assignments during the program period in multiple locations

Possible job rotations include: Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Project Management, Application Engineering and Field Service.

Core Training Courses include Fundamental Selling Skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation Skills, Marketing Essentials, Finance Essentials, Foundations of Leadership, Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications Required:

3.1.2 校招崗位對比

一般大公司喜歡招攬各專業(yè)人才，以滿足不同崗位的需求，通用電氣也是這樣，由于其業(yè)務(wù)范圍非常廣，還會招聘醫(yī)學(xué)類等崗位。

招聘地點(diǎn)集中于沿海地區(qū)，幾乎從南到北沿海線都有宣講會，在這些地方宣講會也較多，因此這些地方的同學(xué)們也有相當(dāng)多的機(jī)會去中興工作，也省去了車馬之勞，應(yīng)聘成本很低。通用電氣在其他地方也會舉辦少數(shù)的宣講會，但很少。

作為一家跨國公司，企業(yè)對應(yīng)聘者的英語能力要求很高，要求聽說讀寫能力很高，以適應(yīng)可能的出國工作環(huán)境，即使是在中國工作，工作同事也說來自全國各地。
